CALL/FAX/E-Mail your SCRIP order on Monday morning for pick up on Friday or after Weekend Mass:

• CALL your order in to the Parish Office at 467-4616, Ext. 301
• FAX your SCRIP Order Form to the Parish Office at 467-4290
• E-MAIL your order to Sandy Jordan

IN PERSON at the Parish Rectory Office (Monday thru Friday, 8-11:30 AM  and 12 Noon-3:30 PM) AND after the weekend Masses.

SCRIP Waiver (ATTENTION PARENTS of St. Mary School and Blessed  Trinity Religious Education students: For permission to have your child(ren) bring home your SCRIP Order, please fill out this form and return it to St. Mary School OR Religious Education Office OR the Parish Office. This form is effective for the current school year..)

Please drop off your SCRIP Order Form at the Parish Office (see hours listed above) or at the SCRIP table after the weekend Masses. If you order SCRIP on the weekend, you may pick up your order the following Friday at the Parish Office or after the next weekend Masses.
