Mission Statement
St. Mary School Child Care is
dedicated to offering a quality developmentally appropriate program in a
Christian environment. Our mission is to serve as a ministry to the
school, parish, and community.
Philosophy
We believe that:

play-centered environment with a range of materials and
developmentally appropriate activities.

Rates
St. Mary School Child Care
charges a fee depending on the number of hours a child needs care.
Enrollees are charged the Center’s current hourly rate of $3.50 per hour. Fees are determined as stated on Child’s Requested
Schedule/Contract form (signed and dated by a parent) and the daily
attendance records. There will be no discounts for additional children
from one family. The Center costs are the same for each child. All
payments are to be made on the due date (Friday). Checks are payable to: Blessed Trinity Parish.
A notice of at least two (2) weeks will be given if tuition
increases or decreases.

ADMISSION/ENROLLMENT
Eligibility
-
Participation in St. Mary
School Child Care is open to any child, regardless of race,
color, sex, religion, handicap political persuasion, national
origin, ancestry or sexual orientation.

Only those
children that are registered in the Center are eligible to use
the facilities.
Enrollment process
Parents
interested in enrolling their children at St. Mary School Child Care
must meet with the a child care staff member at the child care center to discuss
their child(ren’s) specific needs and review program policies,
the enrollment contract, and tour the facility. A
non-refundable per child registration fee is required per
child in a family due at time of registration. This fee will be $45 per family if more than one
child is enrolled.
The following
forms must be completed by the first day
the child(ren) attend:
- Child Care Enrollment form
- Health History and Emergency Care Plan,
- Child Care Immunization Record
- Child Care School-age Agreement (if
applicable)
- Contract/Schedule form
- The Child Health Report must be completed
within 90 days
after enrollment
St. Mary School
Child Care will announce any tuition increase or decrease at least
two weeks in advance.
Blessed Trinity and
St. John Evangelist
Parish
members will receive priority over non-parish members when a waiting
list is in effect.
